Fruit tastes best when mature, fresh and crispy. Or even better when refined into a fruit juice liqueur? We say so in respect of our much-loved Cassis!
It starts with the unique, aromatic juice of black currants and then gets its full-bodied but still light and typical liqueur flavour thanks to the traditional methods used.
Cassis is not only enjoyed neat. It is just waiting to be mixed. With its low alcohol level it is often served with ice-cream or sweet cream.
